Alternatively, you can use it in combination with your cleansing product while cleansing.Start by activating lymph flow: gently massage the lymph points on the neck, face, head and neck with your hands by gently pressing and stroking. Then hold the Gua Sha stone at a flat angle to the skin and guide it from the center of the face outwards with gentle, even pressure. Particularly popular areas are the lower jaw, cheekbones, eye area and forehead.

Clean the Gua Sha stone after each use.
