Our goal is to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your products. We ship your order within 2 days of receiving it (Mon-Fri).

 

No shipping to: Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Greece, United Kingdom, Iceland, Romania, Serbia, and Turkey.

 

Delivery Times

Once your package is ready for shipment and you have received the shipping confirmation by email, you can expect the following delivery times: We mainly ship within Germany using DHL GoGreen, a service that focuses on reducing and offsetting CO2 emissions generated by transport. Returns

You can return unused products within 14 days. To raise awareness about delivery routes and minimize the number of returns, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return process:

1. To ensure a quick processing of your return, first contact our customer service at help@hejorganic.com.

2. Pack the products securely so they arrive back to us in good condition. Please ensure that returned items are unused and in their original condition to receive a full refund. Items that arrive damaged or used cannot be refunded.

3. We recommend choosing insured shipping so that you can track the return and are protected against loss or damage by the carrier.
