Massage your face and under-eye area with me. Following, apply a skincare product to your cleansed skin and roll me over your face from the inside to the outside. The Perfect Routine
Step 1: Apply cleansing and care
As always, start your daily skincare routine with a thorough facial cleansing. Afterwards, you can apply a serum or skincare of your choice and start massaging with the Jade Roller.
Step 2: Apply Jade Roller
By massaging your skin with the jade stone, the natural active ingredients of the care product can optimally unfold their effect. Hereby, it is important to roll from the inside to the outside and to avoid back-and-forth movements. The large jade stone is suitable for use on the face and neck, the small one for the eye area. It is best to start on the cheeks, rolling the jade roller from the centre of the face (next to the nostrils) outward toward the temples with light pressure. Continue with the eye area and the small side of the roller. Again, roll from the inside out. On the forehead, you can centre the roller and roll in the direction of the temples. Moreover, the roller can also be used on the mouth area, starting gently on your lips and working your way up to the chin. To counteract a double chin, you can use the roller vertically from the chin to the collarbone. Repeat the steps for about a minute at a time for the best results.
