What is azelaic acid?   

Chemically, it is considered a dicarboxylic acid resembling a fatty acid.  

How high is the PH value?  

The product is a water-insoluble powder; therefore, the pH value is not specified. Though, the pH value of the final formulation ranges between 5.2 - 5.4 (pH skin-friendly range).  

Is azelaic acid suitable for people with sensitive skin?     

Azelaic Acid is a mild anti-acne active ingredient tested and found to be well tolerated and not irritating to the skin. In addition, it has been dermatologically tested on 50 volunteers showing no abnormalities.  

What results can I expect?  

Regulation of sebum production will be supported. Moreover, your pores will be cleaned, and skin impurities can be effectively prevented.

What is squalane?  

Squalane is an odorless and clear lipid (oil). It is an essential component of the skin's own hydro-lipid film and is produced on the skin, in part to prevent the oxidation of the skin's own lipids. It is widely used in cosmetic products as it creates a silky and soft skin feeling with no greasiness. In addition, similar to the skin's own squalane, it prevents the skin from losing moisture and supports the absorption of other cosmetics.

You can simply dispose of the outer packaging in the paper waste. The bottle is made of glass and therefore belongs in the used glass container as brown glass. The label on the bottles is made of stone foil and belongs in the plastic waste. Moreover, you can also dispose of the pump in the plastic waste.
